Are your products safe for human use?

No. All PeptideLab products are strictly for in-vitro research and laboratory use only. They are not approved for human or veterinary administration and must not be used as drugs, supplements, or therapeutic agents. Our products are sold exclusively to qualified researchers.
What does "research grade" mean?

Research grade means our compounds meet stringent purity standards (≥98%) suitable for laboratory experimentation. This is different from pharmaceutical or clinical grade, which requires FDA approval and additional regulatory compliance.
How should peptides be stored?

Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides should be stored at -20°C and kept away from moisture and light. Once reconstituted, store at 4°C and use within 7–14 days depending on the compound. Always refer to the CoA for compound-specific storage guidance.
What countries do you ship to?

We ship to most countries worldwide. However, it is the buyer's sole responsibility to determine whether importation of specific peptide compounds is legal in their country. PeptideLab is not liable for customs seizures or legal consequences arising from importation.
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), bank wire transfers, and cryptocurrency. All transactions are secured with 256-bit SSL encryption via Shopify Payments.
What is your return policy?

We accept returns on unopened, properly stored products within 7 days of receipt if there is a defect or shipping error on our part. Contact research@peptidelab.com with your order number and photos of the product.
How are items shipped?

Standard orders ship in ambient packaging within 48 hours. Temperature-sensitive compounds are shipped with appropriate cold packaging. Express options are available at checkout. Tracking is provided for all orders.
